Melissa Robol & Friends: Music with the Tröndlin at the Orange Johnson House

The Society is pleased to present a program of Celtic and Classical music cherished by musicians Jocelyn Lieberfarb, Kana Murakoshi and Melissa Robol. This program will include Franz Schubert and Heinrich Henkel Lieder of the classical period well suited for the Tröndlin, Celtic melodies from the Isle of Skye, and nocturnes by John Field and Maria Szymanowska, which will delight lovers of intimate chamber music.
Jocelyn Lieberfarb is an operatic singer in the St. John Episcopal choir. Kana Murakoshi has a master’s in flute performance from Jean Ferrandis in Paris, and Melissa Robol is a pianist for both Worthington and St. Andrew Presbyterian churches. All ticket sales support the continued care of the Tröndlin fortepiano. Many thanks to these three artists for presenting this benefit concert.
